With the closure of the Saint-Sauveur theatre, a vacant space was left at the heart of the community. Groupe LIVE proposed a rental building designed for ages 55+ and inspired by the region’s unique atmosphere. The result: 24 units with universal accessibility and energy efficiency that exceeds Quebec building code standards.

This rental project consists of 72 units in 2 buildings of 36 units each, with underground parking available. The project is located less than 500 metres from the town centre, offering easy access to all amenities. Nestled against the 40-80 slopes, it looks out onto the breathtaking Sainte-Adèle valley.

In Blainville, where housing demand is high, Groupe LIVE rehabilitated a vacant lot and gas station and combined several lots to create a 250-unit rental complex. The bright, new, modern building suits the vibrant ambiance of the neighbourhood perfectly.
