Truly an entrepreneur at heart, Sylvain is always working on new projects. With hands-on experience in the construction field, he has started and run a number of companies, including a roofing business for over 30 years. He is known for his visionary spirit and boundless energy and is always ready to take on new challenges, both at work and at home.

He also takes part in sports events such as triathlons and has a commercial helicopter pilot’s licence.

His main roles at the company:

• Managing budgets and schedules
• Cost optimization
• Supplier and subcontractor relations
• On-site management
• Developing partnerships

Alexandre was raised in a family of entrepreneurs. From an early age, he showed an interest in entrepreneurship and developed the skills needed to grow and succeed in business. At just 18, he started his own hedge-trimming business and became a successful player in the landscaping industry before founding Groupe LIVE with his father.

Alexandre is passionate about contemporary art and likes to spend time at galleries contemplating the masterpieces on display. He also enjoys chatting with artists to nurture his curiosity and inspire his vision of the world.

His main roles at the company:

• Strategic planning
• Financial engineering (project analysis, modelling, financing, raising capital, partnership presentation, cash flow management, portfolio management)
• Pre-development and municipal approvals
• Managing and running the Group’s activities

With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and a diverse career path, Julie stands out for her leadership, discipline, and boundless energy—key qualities for optimizing operations and ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality in processes. She is constantly seeking new ways to improve systems.

She shares family values that perfectly align with those of the family-owned Groupe LIVE.

Outside of her professional role, Julie enjoys outdoor activities and has recently taken up yoga, which helps her maintain balance and harmonize her professional and personal life.

Her main responsibilities within the company:

• Operations management
• Continuous improvement
• Procedure development

Anick plays a vital role in the company’s success and decision-making. Her creativity and innovative design and architecture ideas bring added value to every project. She was one of the first women in Quebec to obtain her licence from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ), which demonstrates the extent of her determination. Her unrivalled organizational skills mean she accomplishes tasks with precision and efficiency.

Anick loves to travel, especially to sun destinations.

Like his family, Philippe is driven by a passion for construction. Versatile in his role as a site superintendent, he represents the future of Blanchard Co. His impressive attention to detail and precision on-site reflect the essential qualities required in this field. With natural leadership skills, he motivates and unites his colleagues around every project.

Beyond construction, Philippe is also passionate about cars and mechanics, showcasing his curiosity and diverse technical skills.

His main responsibilities within the company:

• Work execution
• Site preparation and organization
• Health and safety on-site
• Inspections

Isabelle is distinguished by her meticulous attention to detail. With over 25 years of technical expertise in accounting, she ensures effective financial management and upholds the quality of accounting processes. Her dedication and professionalism make her an essential member of our team.

She enjoys rejuvenating in nature, whether by exploring forests, admiring mountain landscapes, or finding peace by the water’s edge.

Her main responsibilities within the company:

• Accounting management
• Preparation of financial statements

Marie-Ève began her college studies in accounting and management before making a radical shift to nutrition, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. Influenced by her in-laws’ entrepreneurial spirit, she established her own practice. At Groupe LIVE, she combines her passions for real estate, management, and people’s well-being.

She finds balance in nature, engaging in various outdoor sports, with the Laurentians being her favorite playground!

• Marketing & leasing
• Property management
• Customer service

Marie-Lou holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing. After traveling the world, she chose to return to her family roots, enhancing her skills by obtaining a residential real estate brokerage license. This makes her a valuable asset for marketing and strategy.

Like her father, she embraces athletic challenges by participating in triathlons and is passionate about alpine skiing. She even worked as a ski instructor, including on Japan’s slopes.

Anick est un pilier essentiel pour la réussite et les prises de décision. Sa créativité et ses idées novatrices en architecture et design apportent une valeur ajoutée à chaque projet. Son sens de l’organisation hors pair lui permet d’accomplir ses tâches avec précision et efficacité.
